CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Due to the number of clients that fail to turn up for appointments or cancel within 24 hours, I have been forced to introduce a cancellation fee or No-Show Fee.

This will be set at $50 per appointment.

Please understand, I am unable to work whilst I’m waiting for a client, in addition to rejecting other clients that could have come.

Hence no clients, no income.
